When Jim started working alongside his dad, he spent his time cleaning the shop before going on to work on cars and help the auto repair technicians. Eventually, Jim was building transmissions and managing the shop. His dad retired in 1995 and sold the business to him. Quickly, Jim realized he needed to understand how to run the shop and repair vehicles, so he began training in business management, which he continued to pursue with the goal of running an efficient auto repair shop. Jim is driven to find solutions and create an environment that makes that possible. Jim has over 30 years of auto repair experience, is an ASE-certified auto repair technician, possesses a Business Management Certification, and is a solution-driven leader.
